Information on Blue Cross / Blue Shield Insurance

If you have Blue Cross and Blue Shield Insurance Major Medical and PPO plans, we bill directly and electronically for your claims.  Some other insurance companies also allow electronic billing as well.  Deductibles and co-pays may still remain and are your responsibility and payable at the end of each session unless prior arrangements are made with Dr. Vann.  Please check with your employer to see if you have any annual deductibles to meet  and what your co-pay (your part) is.  The exception to this is the Master Medical Plan which requires total payment to the doctor and then reimbursement will go directly to you after you submit your claim yourself.  A receipt with the proper codes will be provided to you at the end of each session.
